Virginia Matteson takes us out to dinner at Big Daddy’s Roadhouse BBQ. Big Daddy’s is just north of Rockwall at the intersection of State Highways 205 and 78. It was ranked in the top 50 BBQ joints by Texas Monthly Magazine in 2008. We love this restaurant and will be back soon!
